Founded in 1997 as a strategic alliance between Dryfoos Insurance Agency and The Woodring-Roberts Corp., a Bethlehem agency founded in 1905. The Dryfoos Agency Lehigh Valley sales office was merged with the Woodring-Roberts operation, providing Dryfoos’ Lehigh Valley customers a full-service local operation and giving the clients of both agencies enhanced resources and capabilities.

In June of 2001, The Insurance Shop, LLC and its staff joined the Dryfoos organization. The Insurance Shop, a 50-year-old agency located in Milton, Pennsylvania, serves thousands of commercial and personal insurance customers in the Central Susquehanna Valley.
